Cookie Policy
Wiener Digital Collections uses session cookies to enable it to function correctly. These are stored in a dedicated directory on the user’s computer. The cookies contain, for example, the name of the server which created them, a unique numerical identifier, and an expiration date. The user’s computer will delete the sessions cookies at the end of the browsing session .
The site also uses audience measurement cookies placed by Matomo, a third-party product hosted on our own servers. These cookies allow us to count anonymously the number of visitors and collect information on how Wiener Digital Collections is used (recording, for example, the most frequently viewed pages, duration of visits, etc.). You can configure your browser to block these cookies, but that might affect your use of the site.
We do not use advertising cookies.
